HUR Medical Cosmetics

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of the services provided in‑clinic by HUR Medical Cosmetics Pty Ltd, trading as HUR Medical Cosmetics (HUR Medical Cosmetics, We, Us).

By making a booking, attending the clinic, receiving a consultation or treatment, or otherwise engaging our services, You acknowledge that You have had a sufficient opportunity to read and understand these Terms and that You agree to be bound by them. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not proceed with booking or treatment.

These Terms apply to in‑clinic services only. HUR Medical Cosmetics does not sell products online.

Clients

To receive services at HUR Medical Cosmetics, You must be at least 18 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and expressly approved by the treating practitioner.

You confirm that all information You provide to us, including medical history and personal details, is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable Commonwealth and Queensland laws. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we reasonably believe You have not acted in good faith or where treatment is not clinically appropriate.

Appointments & Orders for Services

All appointments are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Once an appointment is confirmed, it may only be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with our Booking and Cancellation Policy below.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where practitioner availability, safety, or clinical considerations require.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Treatment prices may vary between clients depending on individual assessment, treatment plan, and clinical requirements.

Payment

Payment for consultations and treatments must be made in full on the day of treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard. Cash may be accepted at our discretion.

Failure to make payment on the day of service may result in refusal of future bookings and recovery action where appropriate.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

By making a booking, You agree to be bound by this Booking and Cancellation Policy.

You must arrive at the clinic at least 10 minutes prior to Your scheduled appointment to allow time for check‑in and completion of consent documentation. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation without refund.

New clients booking an initial consultation may be required to pay a non‑refundable upfront consultation fee to secure the booking.

If treatment proceeds on the day of consultation, the consultation fee may be deducted from the total treatment cost at our discretion. If treatment does not proceed, the consultation fee will be retained as payment for the consultation.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend (no‑show), will result in forfeiture of any deposit or consultation fee paid. Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Appointment reminders may be sent via email and SMS as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive Your obligations under this policy.

Ethics Policy

Our ethics policy exists to allow compassionate discretion in genuine and unforeseen circumstances such as serious illness, injury, or emergencies that prevent attendance.

Examples of situations that are not considered acceptable grounds for fee waivers include:

  • Forgetting appointments or no‑shows

  • Work or roster changes

  • Double bookings or poor time management

  • Running late and missing appointments

  • Mild illness that does not prevent normal daily activities
